Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were very comfortable and had a large terrace overlooking the river, which I enjoyed during my five-day stay. The only downside was the need for better bedside lighting.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located near the heart of town, allowing for easy exploration of colonial Cuenca while also offering a serene setting by the river. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique touches, although a bit noisy due to their proximity to the restaurant kitchen. The service was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with delicious breakfast options but occasional shortcomings. Overall, great value for money with fantastic amenities and facilities.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated with antique touches, offering a great view of the garden. The staff was warm and helpful, making our experience very enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions of Cuenca. However, the dining experience was subpar, with the food being mediocre. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuenca.
